About the Role:

The Construction Management Specialist will oversee all field activities, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, plans, and specifications. This individual will maintain and execute the project plan, supervising and coordinating all construction activities, and creating site-specific plans and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all construction activities
  • Maintain and execute the project plan
  • Ensure compliance with budget, schedule, plans, and specifications
  • Create site-specific plans and procedures
  • Implement safety programs to create a safe work environment

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in commercial construction
  • DoD or federal construction experience preferred but not required
  • Leadership experience preferred but not required
  • CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications required
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings
  • Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, etc.
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literacy required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Experience: Commercial Construction: 5 years (Required), Federal/Military: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: OSHA 30 (Preferred)
