Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Apex Systems is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring computer equipment and software are running properly, troubleshooting and repairing problems with PC hardware and software, and configuring new computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure computer equipment and software are running properly
  • Troubleshoot and repair problems with PC hardware and software
  • Configure new computers, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Install new software on computers and mobile devices
  • Respond to HelpDesk calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Create and update support tickets per defined service-level agreements using the KACE HelpDesk ticketing system
  • Contact vendors to solicit repairs to equipment within warranty
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Technical Support experience
  • Intune experience
  • M365 experience
