Treasury Services Support Specialist

Join our team at Bank & Investment Group as a Treasury Services Support Specialist, where you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our members and branch personnel. As a key member of our Treasury Team, you will be responsible for assisting with the processing of ACH, wire transfers, positive pay files, and other cash management products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist members with processing steps for originating ACH, initiating wire transfers, and positive pay files.
  • Provide support to corporate members with online banking and other cash management products.
  • Monitor Treasury Service email folders for member and branch inquiries.
  • Offer online support to members via secure email channels.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury Services Implementation team as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with system functionality enhancements and releases.
  • Perform other duties and departmental functions as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent member service skills and interaction etiquette.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Treasury/cash management experience and knowledge of payment systems.
  • One to two years of payment experience, preferably in origination and receiving.
  • Call center experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of previous banking experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to express ideas through verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and sit for most of the workday.
  • Close visual acuity to perform tasks such as data analysis and documentation preparation.
  • Work in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
