Treasury Services Support Specialist

At Bank & Investment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Services Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury Team, you will provide exceptional support to our members, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient cash management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist members with ACH origination, wire transfers, and positive pay files.
  • Provide online banking support to corporate members.
  • Monitor Treasury Service email folders for member inquiries.
  • Offer online support to members via secure email channels.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury Services Implementation team as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with system functionality enhancements and releases.
Requirements:
  • Excellent member service skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Work and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Treasury/cash management experience and one to two years of payment experience.
  • Call center experience.
Desired Skills:
  • One year of previous banking experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Close visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis and documentation preparation.
