Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Design Characterization to lead our team of engineers and technicians in delivering high-quality design characterization data for our RF modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a laboratory request system to ensure timely and efficient delivery of design characterization data.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of technicians and engineers to develop test plans, perform tests, analyze data, and maintain laboratory infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement a roadmap for laboratory capacity and capability to support future product development.
  • Maintain excellent leadership and supervisory skills in a technical laboratory environment.
Requirements
  • BSEE required, MSEE preferred.
  • 7+ years of industry experience in RF and microwave measurements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in RF characterization equipment and metrology, especially related to mobile communications.
  • Knowledgeable in test automation and data analysis.
