Maintain a reliable laboratory request system to fulfill requests from the design team. Recruit and develop a team of technicians and engineers to develop test plans, perform tests, analyze data, and maintain laboratory infrastructure. Develop and implement a roadmap for laboratory capacity and capability to support future product development. Qualifications: Excellent leadership and supervisory skills in a technical laboratory environment. BSEE required, prefer MSEE. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7+ years of industry experience in RF and microwave measurements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledgeable in RF characterization equipment and metrology, especially related to mobile communications. Knowledgeable in test automation and data analysis.
