About the Role

LevelTen Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transaction Response Specialist to join our Transactions Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in facilitating renewable energy transactions between Buyers and Sellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to potential transaction respondents, requiring the management of multiple processes concurrently.
  • Identify and Engage Respondents: Identify and generate lists of relevant transaction respondents based on market signals (buy- and sell-side).
  • Drive Cross-Department Accountability: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach processes are executed according to defined timelines and strategies.
  • Communicate with External Parties: Communicate with external parties regarding respondent outreach efforts and attainment metrics.
  • Describe Complex Commercial Aspects: Describe complex commercial aspects of clean energy transactions.
  • Content Creation: Compile statistics and metrics to improve outreach campaigns and transaction engagement strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain up-to-date customer and stakeholder records.
  • Platform Expertise: Become an expert on the LevelTen Energy software Platform to provide assistance to users, manage platform data, and troubleshoot errors.
  • Product Improvement: Suggest areas for improvement to the LevelTen Platform and provide feedback on new features.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of full-time professional experience in renewable energy origination or project management.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Salesforce (or similar), Project Management tools (Asana, Jira, or similar), and Tableau experience.
  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of core commercial terms in energy contracting.
  • Professional skills: Teamwork, urgency, professionalism, and language fluency in English (other European languages a plus).
