FMS Program Analyst for E-2 Hawkeye Systems

KBR is seeking a highly motivated FMS Program Analyst to support the E-2 Hawkeye Airborne Command and Control Systems Program Office (PMA-231) E-2C/D France Foreign Military Sales (FMS) IPT.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and executing various FMS programs for international partners. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of experts, including program managers, engineers, and logisticians, to ensure the successful delivery of critical defense systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads for FMS programs, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and policies, such as the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR).
  • Contribute to the development of technical and financial responses to requests for program data, letters of request, and case modifications. Collaborate effectively with program analysts, budget specialists, engineers, and logisticians to address customer inquiries promptly and prepare comprehensive program briefs.
  • Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program objectives, analyze requirements, budgets, and schedules. Conduct management, technical, or business case analyses. Gather, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft project acquisition and product programs. Monitor program status and schedules diligently, ensuring compliance with established government processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Your Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited US institution. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of FMS policies and procedures.
  • Proven ability to track, manage, and update program action items and risks effectively. Experience in developing customer-driven milestone charts and actively participating in integrated master schedule development is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
