Job Description

Job Summary:

ITC Defense is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Analyst to support senior positions and perform functional duties under the oversight of leadership. The successful candidate will assist in program analysis efforts, including research, report preparation, and development of monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support program analysis efforts, including research of special topics and preparation of reports.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring systems to track implementation of corrective actions and milestone accomplishments.
  • Collaborate with program management and engineering professionals to support platform capability development and fielding.
  • Review and track technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate updates to programs' Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Draft technical and administrative correspondence for review and submission.
  • Prepare program status summaries and presentations.
  • Schedule future team technical events, coordinate team travel, and prepare travel estimates.
  • Attend meetings, reviews, and conferences as required and prepare meeting minutes.

Requirements:

  • Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and less than three (3) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline.
