Job DescriptionJob Title: Performance & Culture AssistantThis role will provide administrative support to various P&C initiatives and programs, as well as assist the VP, Global Employee Experience with travel coordination, calendar management, and other administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibit strong organizational skills, and excel in communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee administrative aspects of global Performance and Culture programs
- Assist in employee onboarding process
- Research, organize, and coordinate requirements for external employment awards
- Maintain content calendar for internal intranet and external social channels
- Provide communication management support
- Backend support for communication planning and reporting
- Assist in organizing administrative aspects of the internal internship program
- Support various project management activities
- Present to staff on global People Programs
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 based on work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
