About the Role

">

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide support and assistance to customers of the human resources department as an HR professional by performing various administrative duties and is the first point of contact for the HR needs of hospital associates. This role involves maintaining hospital badge and door access system, responding to employment verification and other requests as needed, and providing general employee assistance.

Responsibilities

">
  • Welcome and assist visitors to the department using outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills as the point of first contact with HR.
  • Serve as liaison with HR Operations teams in payroll, employee relations, compensation, contact center, and talent acquisition, etc., using excellent problem-solving skills in order to triage questions and resolve day-to-day employee issues providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and gathering information needed for various requested reports.
  • Assist leadership in achieving higher participation percentages in system and market initiatives - internal and external surveys.
  • Handle logistics for employee meetings, trainings, etc., including room reservations and technology set-up.

Requirements

  • A high school education/GED or equivalent is preferred.
  • An associate's/technical degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience is preferred.
  • Three years' relevant experience is preferred.
  • A Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is preferred.

Salary Information

This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000-$75,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience, and opportunities for career growth and development.
