About the Role
Sears Holdings Corp. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring their shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable.

In this role, you will:
  • Sell and service customers within one or more departments.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and use this knowledge to assist and educate customers on options available.
  • Deliiver a positive customer shopping experience.
  • Ensure that all pricing, signing & display guidelines are followed.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes an estimated $2,500 - $3,000 in commissions, based on individual performance and sales targets.

Work Environment
You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a dynamic team of sales professionals. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication and interpersonal skills, working closely with customers and colleagues to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior retail experience preferred but not necessary.
