Help Desk Technician

Job Summary
RTX is seeking a Help Desk Technician to act as the first line of defense in resolving Cloud interface issues. The successful candidate will respond to customer support requests, enter issues into the ticketing system, and be responsible for detecting, analyzing, and resolving AFW Enterprise Cloud transmission systems problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Detect, analyze, and resolve AFW Enterprise Cloud transmission systems problems.
- Resolve cloud support tickets and provide return to service support to end users.
- Checkout, repair, and maintain customer legacy equipment and software.
- Perform diagnostic testing to troubleshoot failures.
Requirements
- Typically requires a High School Diploma and/or Associates degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
- Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software.
- Ability to obtain Government-directed certifications.
- Microsoft Windows Server administration experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work with little or no supervision, especially on overnight shifts.
- Amazon Web Servers Cloud services foundations and terminology.
- Customer facing experience.
