The Role
We are seeking an experienced Pools Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in assisting our Office Manager with front office activities, including the reception area, mail, large purchasing requests, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Office Manager with day-to-day operations
Providing exceptional customer service and support
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Coordinating logistics and supply chain management
Supporting facilities maintenance and upkeep
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A strong background in operations or a related field
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
