Position Summary: The Wine Account Manager will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Riboli Family Wines and the Stella Rosa brand within various retail accounts across Southern/Northern California. This position requires physical stamina as it involves lifting wine cases weighing approximately 45 pounds regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key decision-makers in retail stores to drive sales of Riboli Family Wines products.
  • Manage the presentation and organization of products on shelves, cold boxes, and displays in grocery store accounts.
  • Ensure optimal product rotation and maintain stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of products on display.
  • Assist with store resets as needed.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with Store Managers and Liquor Managers.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding market trends and competitive activities.
  • Utilize effective point-of-sale strategies to enhance product visibility.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of work.
  • Practice safe driving and work habits.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or the Wine & Spirits industry.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift 45-55 pounds regularly.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, including weekends and early mornings as necessary.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $22 to $26, along with a bi-monthly incentive bonus plan.
