At Marsh McLennan Agency, we're committed to delivering purposeful work and meaningful impact every day. As a Client Support Associate, you'll play a vital role in our Surety team, working closely with our Client Managers to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Assist with administrative tasks, including making copies, overnight mailing, and follow-up with clients.
- Support the maintenance of bonds, including riders, change orders, and consents.
- Collect data, complete necessary forms, and write letters or emails to facilitate the processing of bond requests.
- High school diploma required.
- Two (2) years of office experience.
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Financial or Accounting background.
- Knowledge of Surety coverage and markets.
- Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight.
