Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including making copies, overnight mailing, and follow-up with clients.
  • Support the maintenance of bonds, including riders, change orders, and consents.
  • Collect data, complete necessary forms, and write letters or emails to facilitate the processing of bond requests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • Two (2) years of office experience.
  • Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Financial or Accounting background.
  • Knowledge of Surety coverage and markets.
  • Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight.
