Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for our clients.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with insurance carriers.
  • Market group benefits, including medical, dental, and disability coverage.
  • Prepare new business and renewal proposals, including accurate spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Assist in determining strategies for the marketing and placement of accounts.
  • Document all activities in our agency management system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

  • Two to four year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Two years of benefit administration experience.
  • Life and Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • CEBS designation and/or work towards the designation preferred.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
