Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Development
  • Manage the expansion of the client portfolio, actively identifying and converting business development, editorial, partnership, and talent opportunities to enhance AZIONE's influence.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement client development strategies, ensuring organic growth.
  • Drive new business initiatives, including proposal development and client presentations.
  • Facilitate introductions to new business opportunities and industry partnerships.
  • Assist in forecasting team structuring needs aligned with client demands and growth prospects.
  • Serve as a source of inspiration for clients, bringing expertise and insights to all engagements.
  • Ensure all accounts maintain a positive standing.
  • Lead client communications, spearheading editorial opportunities and brand collaborations.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and calls with clients in collaboration with senior account leads.
  • Participate in media briefings with clients as necessary.
  • Draft scopes of work and contracts to streamline the onboarding process for new clients.

  • Consistently pitch across client priorities to secure business features and articulate marketplace differentiation.
  • Oversee the curation of editorial and brand partnership opportunities while managing influencer programming for client projects.
  • Design and execute comprehensive PR campaigns that align with clients' marketing strategies.
  • Ensure media coverage and messaging align with clients' strategic goals and brand guidelines.
  • Implement business communication strategies for significant announcements and transitions.
  • Draft high-level scopes of work, pitches, and press materials as required.
  • Oversee the execution of brand partnerships.
