Senior Vice President, Consumer Marketing Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Consumer to lead our Consumer/Home brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping lead the portfolio of brands, strategy development, oversight of teams for executional excellence, and helping grow the portfolio remit with new revenue streams, organic opportunities and/or new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships and account health management, serving as a trusted voice and advisor
  • Dissect client business objectives/goals and craft strategies that achieve those goals in a disruptive fashion
  • Develop strategic recommendations and sell-in programming
  • Manage a team and all workflow across the full portfolio of brands ($5MM+), including overseeing all programs and managing the budgeting and staffing of the business
  • Strengthen relations with and bring relevant tastemakers, brand partners and influencers in to the fold of brands on an programmatic and ad hoc basis
  • Report on competitive brand and lifestyle trends to clients; demonstrate ability to be nimble and develop one-of-a-kind "ways in" for brands harnessing these trends

Requirements:

  • 15 years of marketing experience; experience with beauty, skin, and personal care brands a must
  • Proven experience as a responsive and dynamic leader among internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid foundation in public relations - traditional media, digital, and nuanced integrated campaigns
  • Ability to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the client's strategies, goals, and needs, as well as a strong acuity for translating these needs into multi-faceted creative, integrated communication programs
  • Proven ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, think strategically and build of-the-moment and future-forward collaborations that transcend culture
