Job Summary
The Office Technician position at California Men's Colony is a vital role that requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the Community Resources Department. As an Office Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient flow of paperwork, collecting, accounting, and tracking documents, and overseeing and assisting with CRM office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Process and track documents, including paperwork and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the Community Resources Manager and other staff members
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Resources Manager
Requirements
- Ability to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an administrative or office setting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
