Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Specialist to join our team at our Folsom Blvd. store in Sacramento, CA. As a Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and supporting the efficient operation of our front-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, offering assistance, and going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform store sweeps to ensure floors are free of spills or debris, maintaining a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Routine and daily cleaning of registers and belts, emptying check stand trash cans, dusting, and facing shelves.
  • Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and maintain a cart-free lot throughout the shift.
  • Perform price checks and assist with go-backs, returning items to their correct location, with perishables being the first priority.
  • Assist Clerks to move lines quickly at busy times by bagging groceries efficiently and protecting the quality and condition of items.
Requirements
  • No experience required.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
  • Continuous walking, standing, reaching, and bending.
  • Environment includes indoor and outdoor with exposure to varying temperatures.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn, work hard, and have fun.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
