Job Title: NS8 - Lead Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Peach Tree Healthcare. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and families, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and coordinate front office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient registration, and processing payments.
  • Train and supervise front office staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and computerized registration and billing systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of college coursework.
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and computerized registration.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-cal, CHDP, BCEDP, and OFP programs.
