Job Title: Member Service Specialist II

At Golden 1, we're committed to providing exceptional service to our members. As a Member Service Specialist II, you'll play a critical role in delivering this experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and balancing daily transactions.
  • Provide members with the highest level of service, answering questions and directing them to specialized services as needed.
  • Proactively engage with members to identify products and services that can help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Assess member needs and identify opportunities to offer Golden 1 products and services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of member and credit union information.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a cash handling service-oriented role and six months as a Member Service Specialist I or teller role at Golden 1 or another financial institution preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
