Commercial Lending Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager at Flagstar Bank, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the commercial lending space. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities and grow existing relationships to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial lending space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior decision-makers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product specialists, portfolio managers, and operational support specialists, to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Monitor and manage credit risk, ensuring that all lending activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions, identifying opportunities to enhance the bank's competitive position and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or related field.
- 10+ years of commercial lending experience, with a proven track record of success in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Strong analytical and credit skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed lending decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
