As a Middle Market Lender, you will oversee existing loan portfolios while generating new business prospects. The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of lending experience with firms generating revenues between $20 million and $300 million.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through referrals and proactive outreach
- Enhance profitability by nurturing commercial relationships
- Address clients' business and personal requirements by managing and expanding portfolios
- Partner with credit teams to negotiate loan structures and promote additional products
- Oversee renewals, collections, and stay updated on market dynamics
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in Commercial Banking and portfolio oversight
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing commercial banking
- Strong analytical, communication, and ethical competencies
