Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. This role is essential in maintaining the financial integrity of our hotel operations during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform audits and reconcile all financial transactions, including cash drawer activities, credit card processing, room charges, and final bill preparation.
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management and department heads.
  • Handle various administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring a pleasant experience.
  • Manage inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, coordinate housekeeping and security requests, and resolve guest complaints as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Availability for overnight shifts with flexible hours.
  • Proficiency in computer systems is required; familiarity with accounting or reservation software is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; some college education is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in front desk operations, guest services, or as a night auditor is beneficial but not obligatory.
