Job Title: Resident Services Coordinator

The Auburn Housing Authority is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and implementing resident services and programs that improve the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate resident services, including counseling, financial assistance, and social services
  • Develop and implement programs to address resident needs, such as job skills training, after-school programs, and budgeting workshops
  • Facilitate partnerships with local organizations to provide resources and services to residents
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with grant writing and reporting to secure funding for resident services programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in resident services, social work, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
