Job Overview

The One 23 Group is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and oversee the performance of multiple related projects within a specific program or client base.

This role involves managing various aspects of technology development, resource allocation, marketing, and program delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Direct the performance of multiple related projects, which may be organized by technology, program, or client. Oversee project identification, design, development, and delivery.
  • Resource Management: Ensure that all necessary resources, including personnel, production standards, computer time, and facilities, are available to support program implementation and success.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact with clients regarding program activities, ensuring strong communication and alignment with client goals and expectations.
  • Contractual Compliance: Operate within client guidance, contractual limitations, and company business and policy directives to ensure programs are delivered as per the contractual agreement.
  • Financial & Personnel Management: Manage program finances and personnel, ensuring the effective use of funds and human resources. Accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual items.
  • Technical Support & Problem Resolution: Collaborate with project managers to provide technical advice and assist in resolving any issues that arise during the program lifecycle.
  • Business Development: Drive the development and execution of business opportunities within the program, including the marketing of new technologies and the acquisition of follow-on business.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Oversee program areas that typically span more than three functional areas, which may include engineering, systems analysis, quality control, and administration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in managing IT programs, including experience in technology, software, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong Leadership and Resource Management Abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Client Relations Skills
  • Proficiency in Managing Multiple Projects and Ensuring Contractual Compliance
  • Experience in Marketing New Technology and Securing Business Acquisitions
