Job Description

Arcade Operations Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Arcade Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art games room. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the games room, including game maintenance, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, including analyzing game payouts and optimizing game placement.
  • Train and manage hourly staff to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality game experiences.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel.
  • Knowledge of Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros, and Embed software is a plus.
