Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and cashiers.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
  • Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics, including inventory management, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy management to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers and vendors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
  • PTCB certification or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
