Job Summary

Cirtec Medical is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive process improvements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, lean manufacturing, and six sigma principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage manufacturing processes to meet or exceed product standards under safe conditions and in accordance with production schedules and good manufacturing practices.
  • Review product documentation and manufacturing operational documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Deploy lean six sigma processes to identify opportunities to improve safety, service, reduction of scrap, or otherwise reduce manufacturing costs and improve product quality.
  • Enforce all safety and standard operating procedures to assure compliance with all Cirtec Medical and regulatory requirements.
  • Motivate and develop supervisors, leads, and production associates to meet the current and future challenges of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive management experience with at least 5 years of manufacturing supervision.
  • Knowledge and application of QAD as an MRP system.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma principles, along with solid manufacturing and operations experiences.
