Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to play a crucial role in the daily operations of our Assisted Living neighborhoods, including Traditional and Memory Care. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in Microsoft Office and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, as they will interact regularly with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls and relaying messages to residents and their families.
- Collaborating with various departments within Benchmark Senior Living.
- Providing comprehensive office support to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Prior experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- The capability to comprehend and follow instructions in English, as well as to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Effective communication skills, particularly over the phone, with individuals of all ages, especially seniors.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with fleet management systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation
The wage range for this position is $20.25 - $21.50 per hour.
