Job Purpose: The role involves guiding and advising on pricing strategies and final pricing proposals, integrating value-based pricing tailored to specific customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of cost modeling and value-oriented pricing frameworks.
  • Establish a logical and coherent pricing structure aligned with customer segments.
  • Lead the application of the RAM tool for pricing analysis.
  • Gather and update information regarding Integrated Business Planning (IBP) assumptions.
  • Monitor the implementation of pricing and terms to meet margin objectives, reporting deviations to the Regional Marketing Manager and BU Marketing & Pricing Excellence Manager, while suggesting enhancements.
  • Support, prepare, and facilitate regional margin management and pricing workshops.
  • Calculate pricing and margins for local promotional activities.
  • Provide insights for optimal pricing proposals, competitor terms, and product mix.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a commercial setting is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing and/or sales is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in sales or technical service roles is a plus.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with a solid financial understanding.
  • Demonstrate a robust performance orientation.

Compensation Data: The anticipated salary range for this position is between $94,000 and $105,000. This range reflects our good faith expectations for setting wages, but actual compensation may vary.
