Job Description:
This position is for a skilled IT professional who works under moderate supervision in the Global Service Desk. The ideal candidate will support end-users, diagnose and resolve application problems, and operate in a specified Senior Analyst role.

Responsibilities:
Provide Service Desk Support by assisting users in diagnosing, reporting, and resolving hardware and software issues. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software according to company standards. Log all issues with appropriate documentation and route calls to appropriate support teams as per described troubleshooting steps. Monitor and escalate issues until resolution, closure, or the appropriate group has accepted. Participate in projects as assigned.

Requirements:
Level 1 service desk analyst role, Level one troubleshooting, Microsoft Office Suite, customer service oriented, call center experience, accustomed to call center metrics, VPN troubleshooting, Active directory understanding, and reliability. Two-week training is provided. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience.
