Global Account Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Global Account Manager to join our team at SW Safety Solutions. As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of global accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with experience working with international clients. Experience in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a plus.

The estimated salary for this role is $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of global accounts and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects, customers, and sales associates through multiple channels.
  • Build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships to create lifelong business partners.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to increase the size of orders and encourage customers to try out newly developed products.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous B2B support experience desired.
  • Inside Sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong and professional communication skills.
  • Knowledge using ERP programs for order processing and data gathering preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and shipping company software.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
