About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of skilled engineers in designing, coding, and testing high-quality gaming firmware. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team, drive innovation, and take your career to the next level. As a Lead Gaming Firmware Engineer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of firmware components into our gaming products. You'll estimate, design, and develop high-quality software with minimal side effects, collaborate with other developers, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Estimate, design, and develop high-quality firmware with minimal side effects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate firmware components into gaming products.
* Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and participate in code reviews and peer feedback.
* Document new/modified code and automate unit/integration tests.
* Analyze software to debug and troubleshoot field issues.
* Participate in process improvement initiatives and mentor other engineers via training and development.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in embedded or firmware engineering.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to guide junior engineers.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Windows Embedded OS, Linux programming, server development, SSL, API security, REST, TCP, UDP, or WebSockets is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
