We're seeking a talented Game Engine Architect to lead the development of AAA collectibles & combat open world RPG based on an original IP, built in the Unity Game engine. As a Sr. Unity 3D Client Engineer, you will collaborate with the Creative Director and Lead Engineer to establish technical excellence and drive innovation within the studio.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical architecture and processes for the game engine
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of game modules and systems
  • Drive technical innovation and excellence through code design, programming, debugging, and optimization
  • Lead the implementation of new game systems and tools, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards
  • Solve complex technical problems, leveraging expertise in cross-platform issues, debugging, profiling, and optimizing for reduced memory usage and increased real-time performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior engineer working in Unity 3D on a released game
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Unity game engine, particularly optimization, resource management, and debugging
  • Strong C/C++/C# programming skills and familiarity with other languages
  • Advanced knowledge of general games programming and development tools, processes, and infrastructure
  • Proven track record of shipping multiple features and projects in a live environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
