Responsibilities

The Systems/Project Integrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Sponsor's Open Source Enterprise organization. This position entails providing integration assistance, which includes a technical comprehension of the relationships, dependencies, and requirements of components, alongside end-to-end project management support for various initiatives. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Exhibiting strong customer service skills and responsiveness to client inquiries
  • Managing multiple distinct requirement systems and databases across various security levels
  • Reviewing, prioritizing, and executing daily operational tasks
  • Tracking and ensuring follow-through on requirements
  • Drafting and coordinating detailed project timelines, meeting notes, action items, and periodic status reports
  • Assessing, documenting, and monitoring program requirements and facilitating technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
  • Participating in daily updates and follow-up discussions
  • Creating and maintaining documentation such as operational procedures and internal communications
  • Producing technical documents, including user manuals, training resources, and installation guides
  • Planning and coordinating program management activities, such as Program Reviews and Requirements Review Boards (RRB), including scheduling meetings and preparing briefing materials
  • Composing and refining artifacts generated from various sources to create a cohesive deliverable, including graphical or narrative presentation materials
Qualifications
  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (BS 10-12 years, MS 8-10 years, PhD 5-7 years)
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn collaborative tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and HIVE
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Working knowledge of the Sponsor's mission and the missions of other stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently; self-starter
  • Proven experience in oral and written communication, including delivering briefings, planning and facilitating meetings, and supporting technical documentation
  • Process-oriented, conceptually driven, and capable of collaborating in a highly technical environment
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating actions to completion
