Key Responsibilities
  • The team will be responsible for generating reports, presentations, and visual aids in various formats, utilizing inputs from project leads and relevant teams, while also creating and maintaining necessary templates.
  • Coordination and support for meetings will be essential, including technical exchanges, project kickoffs, cross-team collaborations, and impromptu sessions.
  • Support for budget-related tasks will include the creation of financial documents and regular updates, incorporating budget tracking, trends, and future projections, which encompass both labor and non-labor expenses, including costs associated with cloud services.
  • Development of PowerPoint presentations and data presentation at weekly program management review meetings will be required upon request.
  • Project management support and coordination will span a range of initiatives, from IT procurement to broader collaborative projects, including strategy formulation and roadmap development.
  • The team will coordinate various organizational data requests with staff and across project teams, ensuring accurate reporting to management.
  • Agile development responsibilities will include roles such as scrum master, along with administrative support tasks like assisting team leads with account creation requests and managing ticket submissions in ServiceNow.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in relationship management and effective communication.
  • Strong background in data collection and metrics for generating insights on application and system usage.
  • Experience in optimizing business processes.
  • Familiarity with issue management, knowledge management, and IT service request systems, including JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow, with a focus on monitoring and reporting outages.
  • Proficiency in JIRA methodologies, including Stories, Epics, and Initiatives.
  • Experience in budget development and management, including skills in creating and updating financial plans and budget review documentation, along with familiarity with cloud billing interfaces.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in crafting briefings and reports that effectively communicate information to a staff audience.
  • Proven ability to plan and facilitate technical exchange meetings as well as meetings with leadership.
  • Familiarity with A&A workflows and tools.
  • Experience working within an agile scrum framework.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with cloud service consoles.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Relevant certifications, including:
    • Project management certification.
    • Cloud Service Provider certification (Google, AWS, and Azure).
