Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead financial models and dashboards to understand our digital GTM motion
  • Surface key insights to help steer key focus areas for the business
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key business partners across DEC, Marketing, and Sales to build cohesive insights
  • Develop financial frameworks to help drive strategic business decisions, provide insight into ROI, and track progress against our strategic goals
  • Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior leadership
  • Lead ad-hoc projects in support of business initiatives
  • Pilot global finance initiatives involving broad cross-functional teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience with finance or supporting a self-serve business
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence effectively
  • Demonstration of leadership and management capabilities
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SaaS and marketing metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, ACV, Churn, pipeline creation, digital sales, and more

Salary transparency: Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $107,400 and $173,800. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
