Salary Information

Based on industry standards and geographic location, this position's base pay ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest market up to $185,000/year in our highest market. Pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, offering a comprehensive package including equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits.


Job Description

This role involves overseeing an initiative to improve recruiter enablement through the strategic use of marketing resources. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for creating a comprehensive recruiter journey map, identifying gaps in current enablement offerings, and working closely with the marketing team to develop solutions addressing those gaps.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a detailed recruiter journey map to provide stakeholders with a visual representation of available marketing resources at each stage of the recruiting process.
  • Identifying and addressing gaps in recruiter enablement offerings by collaborating with the marketing team.
  • Drawing upon data and metrics to drive improvements and measure impact.
  • Fostering cross-functional initiatives and delivering results.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the broader PM community within the WWAS TA organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Proven track record of owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Passion for improving the recruiter and candidate experience.
