Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:
As a Strategic Talent Development Partner, you will coordinate the needs and objectives of our business segment with those of our employees. You will assist the Sr. HR Manager in planning, recommending, implementing, and administering personnel policies, practices, and programs to attract and retain skilled and motivated staff. You will provide counsel, services, and assistance to departments and management to help them execute their personnel and employee relations responsibilities effectively.

Essential Functions:
  • Partner with site leadership to administer personnel policies, practices, and programs, and advise them on their interpretation and application.
  • Assist senior management and department heads in organizational and departmental development by advising or assisting with job structuring, job descriptions, reporting procedures, and communications.
  • Recruit, interview, screen, and refer applicants for positions; conduct orientation programs for new employees; analyze turnover and recommend suggestions for improved retention as required.
  • Assist site leadership in human resources utilization by participating in determining and projecting staffing requirements, sources of qualified personnel, training, and development requirements.
  • Act as a consultant regarding training and development programs; arrange or conduct programs.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management; conduct investigations and recommend corrective action; assist management in utilizing constructive communication, including administering disciplinary actions.
  • Interact with all shifts and departments on a regular basis.
  • Develop, propose, and administer approved wage and salary programs, including job analysis, job descriptions, job evaluation, and periodic surveys to ensure a competitive and equitable compensation program.
  • Recommend changes as needed.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • Certification is preferred.
  • Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective presentation skills to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees.
  • Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing plant setting and walking the production floor, interacting with all levels of employees.


Working Conditions:
  • Work is mostly sedentary.
  • Operates typical office equipment such as copier, computer, and calculator.
  • Works inside and in an office setting; walks the production floor, as necessary.
