About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join our Partner Development team at SignaPay As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Independent Sales Office (ISO) partners, driving growth in new merchant accounts, and expanding our product offerings through strategic cross-selling.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage relationships with ISO partners, identifying opportunities for growth and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and campaigns.
  • Analyze sales and service trends to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the Bankcard industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
