Job Summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead the development and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and provide oversight for specific cases within our organization. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with supervisors and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough skills and behavior assessments to inform treatment planning and intervention development
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with client goals and objectives
  • Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs
  • Collaborate with supervisors and the quality assurance team to ensure high-quality services and optimal client outcomes
  • Coordinate with caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with experience supervising RBTs
  • Licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in ABA program development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
