Clinical Supervisor

Open Arms Housing, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervision to our Case Managers, as well as providing direct clinical services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision to Case Managers, including training, evaluation, and guidance.
- Conduct assessments and monitor the progress of clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the PSHP Director and Senior Lead Case Manager to determine staffing needs, assign caseloads, and identify staff training needs.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate Case Managers in conjunction with the PSHP Director and Senior Lead Case Manager.
- Assist with preparing the team for accreditation, licensure, certification, and audits.
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the District of Columbia.
- 3-5 years of experience working with marginalized adult women, women of color living with chronic homelessness, serious mental illness, trauma, and/or substance use disorders.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision to staff performing case management or care coordination services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of housing, DC Coordinated Entry, mental health, and substance use disorders.
- Patient, creative, flexible, compassionate, and passion for working with women with complex needs.
- Ability to respond to crisis situations.
- Keen attention to detail, follow-through, and organization.
- Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and part of a small team.
- Exempt full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
- Starting compensation: $75,000 - $85,000, dependent on experience, with an annual salary adjustment (COLA).
