Job Summary

The Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of mental health services to youth in the District of Columbia. This position is responsible for ensuring that clinical services meet the highest standards of quality and are aligned with the organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct supervision to a team of clinicians, including individual and group sessions, to ensure high-quality clinical services.
  • Develops and implements clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborates with school partners to develop and implement prevention and early intervention programs.
  • Provides training and technical assistance to clinicians on best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Conducts regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that clinical services meet organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Active DC Independent Clinical Social Work License (LICSW).
  • Minimum three years' experience in providing/supervising clinical services to adolescents/young adults.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in staff supervision.
