Clinical Supervisor

Pathways To Housing DC Inc is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervision to a transdisciplinary team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to adults living with serious mental illness.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision to ACT team members, ensuring adherence to agency values and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement individualized recovery plans, ensuring timely documentation and quality assurance.
- Conduct initial intakes and annual assessments, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Work closely with the Quality Improvement (QI) team to ensure fidelity practices are followed.
- Represent Pathways at meetings with DBH, other providers, conferences, and community meetings.
- May provide individual therapy to ACT consumers (2-3 hours per week).
- Complete monthly outcome reports on billing, quality assurance, and timely documentation.
- Licensed in the District of Columbia as either a LICSW or LPC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in case management or counseling of people with psychiatric disabilities, histories of substance abuse, and/or trauma.
- 2 years of demonstrated experience supervising staff performing case management services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health and substance abuse clinical skills.
- Patience, creativity, flexibility, compassion, and passion for working with persons with complex needs.
- Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and computer skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Driver's License required.
- COVID-19 vaccination required, as per DC Department of Health regulations.
