Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to lead our clinical operations team at the Everett Center in Everett, WA. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting the use of overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentor staff, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, ensuring seamless integration with our nursing team.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
  • BSN preferred, with current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
