Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Advanced Technology team at CDW. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing them with the best possible solutions.
  • Order Management: Manage daily customer communications, interact directly with customers, and provide them with order status updates, quotes, and other requests.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant products, promotions, and announcements, and interface with key Advanced Technology OEM partners.
  • Contract Management: Manage customer-specific contract pricing programs, responsible for customer contract reporting requirements, and order entry for complex advanced technology orders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create pipeline reports, attend monthly pipeline meetings with ATAEs and Sales Leadership, and update and manage opportunities in Changepoint.
  • Administrative Support: Handle basic administrative support, including expenses, for supported ATAEs, and complete special projects upon request.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, effective interpersonal skills, an energetic and enthusiastic individual.
  • Education: College Degree.
  • Certifications: Certifications in Advanced Technology (e.g., Cisco).
Working Conditions

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time while constantly operating a computer or other office productivity equipment. Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed to other CDW locations, meeting, and client sites.
