Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Vaco. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Finance and Accounting department, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including expense reports, audit documentation, and departmental schedules.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain financial statements and reporting packages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
